Introduction:
This fully automatic filling and capping machine, specially designed for liquid filling and sealing of metal bottles. This machine combines bottle positioning, filling, cap feeding and capping into one streamlined system, greatly improving production efficiency. Powered by server motors, the triple turntable system accurately transfers bottles to the designated stations. The filling system is customizable to suit different types of products. Caps are quickly and stably delivered by a custom built vibration bowl, and the dual head capping unit ensures tight and secure ceiling every time.
