The fully automatic dropper bottle production line consists of a multi station rotary filling, capping machine and a labeling machine. It’s mainly used for filling liquid into dropper bottles such as essential oil.Multi station turntable system, automatic filling, cap feeding and capping. Multiple molds can be customized to fit a wide range of bottles using piston filling, which is stable and high accuracy. The cap conveyor can be customized according to the caps touch screen panel and plc control system, easy to operate, can be customized in multiple languages.
