Product Description
This automatic filling and capping machine handles bottles with inner and outer caps. A rotary multi-station system integrates bottle feeding, filling, inner-cap insertion, outer-cap feeding, screw capping, and discharge. PLC and touch-screen controls enable intuitive, precise adjustments. Sensors provide no-bottle/no-fill and no-cap/no-capping interlocks and automatically reject defects.
