Product Description
This fully automated filling line integrates a four-head piston filler, a capper, an induction sealer, and a labeler.
Features：
All operations are controlled by PLC and a touchscreen.
The piston filler offers high repeat accuracy for both creams and liquids.
The capper, with automatic cap feeder and three-jaw chuck, performs feeding, gripping, and tightening in one smooth action.
The labeler applies self-adhesive labels to flat or round bottles using photoelectric tracking for precise placement.
An induction sealer is included, and a coder can be added for printing.
