Product Description
This fully automatic packaging line integrates filling, capping, and labeling.

It uses a servo-driven piston for volumetric filling with ±1% accuracy.
A PLC with touchscreen allows easy volume adjustment.
The machine body is 2O1 stainless steel, while contact parts are 3O4, meeting food standards.
The 2-head vacuum capper evacuates air and seals caps.
The labeler automatically feeds, separates, and applies labels using a stepper motor, achieving ±1mm precision.
An optional hot printer/coder can print dates.
