Product Description
This is a high-end fully automatic filling and capping integrated machine designed for small-volume powdered products.
Functional Process
1. Bottle Feeding: Empty bottles (within 100ml capacity) are conveyed automatically into the multi-station rotary table via a conveyor belt.
2. Powder Filling: An auger filling mechanism quantitatively delivers powder into the bottles. Filling accuracy is digitally controlled, with a deviation within ±1%.
3. Automatic Cap Placement: A vibratory bowl feeder automatically aligns and orients the caps, then delivers them to the bottle mouths via a rail.
4. Capping and Sealing: A dual high-power motor-driven 4 roller capping head tightens the caps securely onto the bottles.
5. Finished Product Output: The capped bottles are discharged via a conveyor belt to the next stage (such as labeling or boxing).
