This benchtop integrated filling and capping machine combines both functions into a single compact unit. It automatically completes the entire process from bottle infeed, filling, capping, to final discharge.
Features:
The piston filling system is suitable for both liquid and paste products, ensuring accurate filling volumes.
A vibratory bowl feeder is used for cap sorting and feeding, while a three‑jaw capping head accommodates various round caps, dropper caps, pump caps, and other types.
The PLC controller and touchscreen allow intuitive and simple parameter settings.
